Why trust The Complete Canine?
I get it — the dog training world is full of conflicting advice and shiny promises.
But here’s what actually matters:
Real results. Real dogs. Real-life training.
I don’t just train in controlled environments — we work where the problems happen. Parks, streets, cafes, or your front gate. That’s where real change begins.
My approach is fair, practical, and tailored to you and your dog. You’ll see improvements fast, and you won’t be left guessing — every step comes with clear handouts and training frameworks to support you long after our sessions.
I’ve worked with over 1,000 dogs, and I’ve documented the process in hundreds of videos so you can see the results for yourself.
Unsure which training path is right for your dog?

I don’t offer quick fixes — I offer real change.
If you're showing up, putting in the work, and following the plan but you’re still not seeing change by the end of your package, we’ll offer a free follow-up session to get you back on track.
Because when you show up for your dog, we show up for you.
What our students say
I hear you — it’s frustrating when you put in time and effort but don’t see lasting change.
What sets The Complete Canine apart is that I focus on real-life training that works where your problems happen — not just in a quiet training room or with treats alone.
We use a balanced, practical approach tailored to your dog’s unique needs, combining clear guidance, effective tools, and ongoing support. Plus, with my Complete Canine Commitment™, I stick with you until you see real results — no quick fixes or empty promises.
This isn’t about perfect dogs; it’s about better dogs and better lives for you both.
It really depends on your dog, your goals, and the situation. I’m a balanced trainer, which means I use a mix of positive reinforcement and fair corrections tailored to each dog’s needs.
Some dogs do best with a flat collar or harness, while others may benefit from tools like a slip leash or e-collar for reliable recall. The key is using the right tool at the right time for your unique dog.
One thing that never changes: every training session includes positive reinforcement and rewards — and that’s something I always recommend you use too!
You’re not alone — and you’re in the right place.
I know how stressful and overwhelming it can be to work with a reactive dog, but I have years of experience helping dogs just like yours. Your safety, your dog’s wellbeing, and public safety are my top priorities.
If needed, we’ll use a muzzle to keep everyone safe, and we’ll never throw your dog into situations they’re not ready for. In fact, our first sessions are all about creating calm, building trust, and avoiding known triggers — not pushing your dog past their limits.
You’ll be supported every step of the way.
